Join us for the Triple Raptor Experience—a dynamic and immersive program that brings you up close with all three types of birds we train and fly at the center, all without leaving the comfort of the training green. Perfect for hot days or guests with mobility concerns, this program delivers the thrill of falconry in an accessible, unforgettable format.

First Up: Falcons

Let’s fly a falcon to the fist! Our desert falcons love to fly glove-to-glove and you will have the opportunity to interact with one of our Longwings. Get a taste of the fierce beauty of these stunning predators.

Next: Hawks

With a glove on your hand, you’ll step into the role of the falconer and work directly with one of our trained Harris hawks. Learn to call the bird to your glove and cast it away again as we guide you through hands-on training on our flying field. We will play some silly ‘raptor games’ that reflect their cunning hunting styles.

Finally: Owls

We end the experience on a quieter note with one of the most ancient raptors in the world—the owl. Discover what makes these nocturnal hunters such effective apex predators, from their silent flight to their extraordinary senses.

Throughout the experience, you’ll explore:

• The ancient art and modern practice of falconry

• The role of raptors in the ecosystem

• Our ongoing conservation efforts

There will be plenty of photo opportunities with each bird. Developed by popular request from our guests, this program is perfect for those who want the full raptor experience without venturing into the woods or flying in the valley.

Please book your appointments very carefully. We do not give refunds but will apply a credit to a gift card to be used in future events given 48 hours notice of cancellation. All sales are final.
